Tonight im gonna ake a server at around 830 EST, using my instagib (with rockets intsead) so just come anyway cuz i suck and i always make servers but no one joins

I was playing online against some amazing kid, and he had a mod on that was rocket launchers, but the rockets made immediate impact, like rail guns. He said it was berrylium but I checked it out and all it had were railguns? Is there a way to change the speed of a rocket?

How do servers work? How come servers sometimes do not show up? How do you put mods on a server? How do you enable cheats on a server? Will a siminlar CD key affect internet play? How do you boot someone out when you don't own the server? What if the owner's absent? I'm new to this
