I'm surprised. I rarely see people like that on Q4.
The biggest reason not to many people play is probably due to the terrible netcode that existed on patches 1.3 and lower.

I rent my own OSP 0.99n server on .16
All I wanna know is how I can make the weapon respawn a little faster, and the other items like quad, haste, etc. slower... Right now everything respawns at about 30 seconds.

Open quake and go to multiplayer, then click on create. Then you can set it up from there. But if you have a crappy connection it will not be good.

Servers can cost mony if you rent them...
