It's a replacement for the phone he angrly threw across the trailer and smashed.

I wasn't quite sold on the S3, but after reading Randy's review I went out and bought one.
Thick, solid and tight in all the right places.
Re: the galaxy s3?
How does it seem so far? Have you tinkered with stuff, and how far into it have you gotten?
Re: the galaxy s3?
So far it seems pretty good, but to be honest I haven't gotten too far into it yet.

Re: the galaxy s3?
I just bought an HTC One V after swearing I would never buy another HTC (My last phone, the Salsa, shipped with something like 25mb free space which quickly goes to 15 meaning you can't sync anything or update any software). The HTC One V runs Android 4 and I'm absolutely sure that it's worse than 2.3. It lacks a number of basic functions that complicate using the phone. Fucking retarded.
I love quake!
Re: the galaxy s3?
What are you missing? My HTC Sensation was upgraded from Android 2.3 to 4.0.3 some time ago and I think it's a nice improvement over the old.
Then again, the HTC One V is a budget model. The HTC One S is comparable to my Sensation or a Samsung Galaxy S2 and the HTC One X is of course the competitor for the Samsung Galaxy S3.

There is no vibrate/silent/ring widget button. The only way to do it is to use the volume controls or go into settings.Eraser wrote:What are you missing? My HTC Sensation was upgraded from Android 2.3 to 4.0.3 some time ago and I think it's a nice improvement over the old.

In the mp3 software there is no way to do a list view of your currently playing music. You can queue a few hundred tracks, yet there is no way to see which tracks you've queued or browse through them. It's that retarded. In 2.3, there was, because every fucking program has this elementary function. Not the one in 4.0. I tried using double-twist but while it has the normal function of viewing your now playing in a list format, HTC sense apparently doesn't allow the lock-screen remote to be used. So, you get no lock-screen mp3 controls.

Re: the galaxy s3?
Oh yeah I guess that sucks.
Must admit I rarely if ever use my phone as a music player and it's basically always on vibrate (and if it shouldn't be, I just use the volume controls to adjust)

Wasn't a review. Just a comment. But thanks for caring. Because, you know, everyone posted a review right? Oh.LawL wrote:I wasn't quite sold on the S3, but after reading Randy's review I went out and bought one.
Re: the galaxy s3?
Randy's boiling up again.
Re: the galaxy s3?
there's an app for that.
Re: the galaxy s3?
No need to fly off the deep end there Randolph, or to use so many periods.Scourge wrote:Wasn't a review. Just a comment. But thanks for caring. Because, you know, everyone posted a review right? Oh.

I like using periods. Fuck off.
Re: the galaxy s3?
Not quite, Sparky. This one actually makes sense. Don't make me break out the crayons and explain it to you.Captain Mazda wrote:lol, new duumbrainismLawL wrote:So far it seems pretty good, but to be honest I haven't gotten too far into it yet.

You also like drilling for oil, living in a trailer and watching Nascar, but that doesn't make it right.Scourge wrote:I like using periods. Fuck off.

Re: the galaxy s3?
I don't drill, I don't live in a trailer, and I don't watch Nascar. You're 0 for 3. Bad losing streak there.
Re: the galaxy s3?
yeah, I prefer good losing streaks myself
Re: the galaxy s3?
I see sharks in the water. I suppose no one here has ever heard the term 'bad losing streak'? If you haven't I suppose you are either really young or really unexposed, or both.
