Got another trip planned. Flying into Vegas, then heading into southern California to check out a couple more national parks. Gonna knock off Joshua Tree and Death Valley...

Unisaw  A rare visit.

Hey, congrats on the retirement thing. I have been at it 4 years and still look for some spare time. People ask, what do you do to keep busy and I have never had that problem :D

Practise like me and you'll do fine.

Had the same 5.1 sound system for almost 12 years so I figured it was time for an upgrade. Got the Logitech Z906 and a set of sweet Sanus cast-iron stands for the rear speakers. Gave the old stuff to my buddy because I couldn't stand seeing him play games with monitor speakers

I am selling a spare city apartment and discovered they want to charge a 3% (of the sale price) as commission on sale :tear:
What is the real estate commission your way? Just for interest:D

Thanks Don Carlos. Some new businesses have lower rates here but you have to wonder what they do for the little money (in comparison) they ask. There's one company that charges $800 whereas I am looking at approx. $27K, that's hopefully if I get what I am after as a sale price... Fingers crossed I guess..

Maybe reconsidered your priorities...
