I am able to make .aas files, but this one perplexes me. Here is the error log:

@coltonquake3: texturegrab is not supposed to be played. It is a temporary BSP file that was originally supposed to pick all textures and assets for game to make pk3 file and it somewhat grabbed that one, too, so it stayed with the game. I can advice you to keep it the original without AAS and if it really bother you, you can delete it from the pk3, there is nothing in the map but the textures. I tried to load this map in TA and there really is nothing to play...

Well I want to use it with bots, because I would like to see how they act in the level...

Well, without items (they might be pretty sure outside the map in the void and that might be the reason why it can't compile AAS)... I would say that bots need items to any reaction and if they are not in the playable area, it's hard to say...

I'll try the actual texture grab bsp, because th@ was using a corrupt conversion. TH@ could be the problem... I'll report back with the results...

I'll have to create a hack with increased AAS_MAX_PLANES for this to work. I wonder where in the bspc source AAS_MAX_PLANES is at. I'll use it with bspc 2.1j's source as well.
