So, all the past 2 weeks i have been eatting really
healthy with probotic active yoghurts in the morning
with wholemeal toast n stuff. Good food in the day
and eating not too late.

I have found my fart output has gone up 1000% and
i shit logs for Britain. Its madness. Do you think its
all the unhealthy food i was eating comin out of meh?

i eat healthy a lot too along with working out and stuff, i fart and shit more too. it sucks but being in shape is worth it.

of course i cheat here and there.. and there and here again lol.. but for the most part i do my best. it is hard to resist temptation tho

im vegetarian and live on beer, tofu, rice and pasta

i shit about 4 times a day.
i shit at will, i can hold it all day if needed, or take a dump
whenever i have a spare moment.
