From the "claims resolution act", to " my brothers keeper". He helped lead the way for the legalisation of same-sex marriage, (it's OK to come over now doombrain).

June will also never be the same, declaring it African-American music appreciation month. Swag on that Scourge.

He also commuted the prison sentence of more inmates than the last nine presidents combined...(sucks for lawl but too little too late).

I'll take that back though, he also signed the hate crime prevention act, which makes it a federal crime to assault anyone based on sexual or gender association. I don't want to offend Geoff. Not sure if his wife has let him become who he really wants to be yet.

Obama has surfed on the whole 'first black president' thing since minute one, but had his record been that of a white president people wouldn't be rating him so highly. he was a drone warrior and neoliberal fanboy who successfully concealed his true self behind a fog of therapeutic smoke and was unable to connect with a massive chunk of blue collar America (hence the Drumpf backlash)

oh, and he made the Bush tax cuts permanent

He was kind of good but also kind of terrible. Warrentless wiretapping, and not really pushing for many leftist policies that the country really needs. You can't rebrand Nixon's healthcare policy as the ACA, and then sit idly by as the Republican liars tell everyone it's socialist. What the fuck is that? It forces people to buy private health insurance. There's a word for that, and it's not socialist.
