so, the sharon stone character no longer gets offed near the start of the movie with a round to the head because that would be politically incorrect. instead she has to go all Buffy vs Faith with arnie's (farrell's) new love-interest, because that's the feminist thing to do

basically, this movie's only purpose is to update the sfx and socio-cultural mores of the original

Actually what I will add to that is that it could be a good film, but the fact they are classing it as "Total Recall" is bollocks

Should have made it a film in its own right and it would have been ok to view that trailer and I probably would have been interested in seeing it

It is for this very reason that when I download a decent copy and watch it (it aint getting my money) I'll simply pretend that it's called "Another Identity-Challenged Spy" or sumat.

Call me a moron but I liked it. Props for putting the triple titted chick into a PG13 movie and actually making her hot. I loved all the futuristic designs they did too. Although, the ultra-high-rise housing they had seemed like impossible engineering.

It's ok...if you don't like this new version of Total Recall just wait another 5 to 10 years for the next version. Maybe that one will be good?
