Lets face it, it's been a pretty awesome year for vidya games. Thankfully, the best stuff is probably still to come. Games i've pre-ordered and/or on the buy list (2011 only):

Dark Souls
Batman Arkham City
Uncharted 3
Ico / SOTC HD
Skyrim
Battlefield 3
Rage

Oh well:

Gears of War 3 (9/20)
Rage (10/7)
Batman: Arkham City (10/21)
Battlefield 3 (10/28)
Modern Warfare 3 (11/?)
Assassin's Creed: Revelations (not sure when this comes)

Still have LA Noire to complete, last few bits of Alice, From Dust in its entirety, last two coop chapters of Portal 2 and have yet to take Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood out of it's shrink wrap and play that before I pick up Revelations.

Dead Rising OTR perhaps? DR2 never appealed to me, but this is looking to be cool

might pick up Dead Island when it goes down in price and my brother gets it too.

I thought risen2 was already out btw?

Battlefield 3, has that been mentioned yet?
Batman: Arkham City should be a really good game, will prolly insta-buy that as well.
Dead Island if i start to hear it's mostly fixed and when it comes down in price.


Errr, not much else at the moment that i can think of. I'm half looking at the new Guild Wars without really being tempted to buy it due to it being an mmorpg, but damn it does look good.

HL2 ep3 might convince me to install steam again, but that's been pushed back to 2018. valve want to polish it until gabe can see his big, money gobbling face in it
