let the portal brush overlap the legs, and extend to the max width of the opening - the portal will still work just fine.

Hehe yeah, when I was being chased in a FFA game by some guy with the hyperblaster, I tried to run away trough the portal, but all his cells just followed me trough the portal :p

the only caviat is that you have to use a Q3Map2 portal sky (it's been so long... is it a "_skybox" entity? I can't remember) in order for the hex-sphere to work properly, whereas angular mapped sky shaders just "work" on normal sky brushes

it's used in combination with vmware to bootstrap an illegal copy of osx86 onto a non-Apple/Intel box
