Yeah that shader conflict must be on me. I'm getting the same shader missing on some other maps now. Might be time to triage the install again :D

The level's loaded on q3w.monroec.com Devotion Unlagged server. Should play fine from Europe for any additional testing with Real Human Beans.

Nice, I'm pretty much re-treading your steps then. I wonder if the path information is even in these xbox archive files. I searched for path strings through everything and couldn't find them (except, as you mention, in the shader files).

OK interesting, there's a feature where entities can swap a shader for another one when triggered. However, it seems to be causing a small hitch on singleplayer, and massive lag for all players on multiplayer. So I'm gonna have to put out a beta4 and strip that cute feature out.

Having said that though, I built all of EntityPlus, 11 or so maps, q3spenhanced, an entire videogame, a complete MotoGP prediction game website and much more while having a full time job and 3 kids :shrug:
